La Femme
Now then I do love to do a La Femme shoot.
Liz’s shoot was so full of laughs and fun, and she found the confidence to let her fabulous sensual side come out on camera….gorgeous!
A wonderfully inspiring woman….looking amazing – here are just a couple of her favourite shots and if she allows me I shall blog some more, she has agreed to these!

Ladies and gentlemen I give you the gorgeous Philippa. Philippa is a successful woman who has her own Creative Agency, Smart Ideas. Big on ideas and with plenty of character she is a force to be reckoned with! Time with her flies by and she really knows how to have a laugh!
This La Femme shoot we did at the fabulous St John's House in Lichfield, a boutique hotel with a wonderful atmosphere, the great host (many thanks Johann) and plenty of character to get us in the mood. Philippa was every inch a sport and really threw herself into it, with stunning results.
Penny Grimley was the wonderful make-up artist who helped to put Philippa at ease.
Here are some of my favourite shots and thanks to Philippa for allowing me to blog these, I loved this shoot!! I am sure you will agree she looks stunning.

There has been lots of interest in
and the first group has been a great success.
With a maximum of 12 members in the group, the group meets weekly at my studio and is photographed, weighed in, inspired and a great support unit is created, what-ever weight-loss programme you are following. The programme is designed to inspire and help you see the results of your weight-loss..you may not feel the difference 2 lbs can make but you can see it and it becomes a great motivator.
A programme of support is delivered each week and a digital file is emailed to you after every session so you can track your progress. You will become a member of a facebook support page that is for members only and where tips, encouragement and photographs are shared. At the end of the program a 5×7 print of your first and last session is given in a presentation folder. Lose more than a stone and you are awarded a lifestyle photo session with me worth £75 OR a £100 voucher to be redeemed on a La Femme Shoot.

I recently bought this most fabulous fabulous dress to wear to my sister-in-laws wedding.
I felt a million dollars in it and it was great fun to wear. I took a couple of my aunts (in-laws) back to a time they clearly enjoyed!! Great fun to hear those stories – not many outfits can lay claim to that!
Teamed with the full black netting petticoat and the 3 inch belt it is something ladies you have 'just gotta have'. I wore purple (of course!) killer heels with this as well – looked fab. It's sateen material is very comfortable to wear and it looked pristine all day. For just £69 you cannot go wrong!
I bought it online from Vivienne of Holloway in London through their webite, it arrived quickly and in great condition.
I would highly recommend something like this for any shoot you may be doing with me – particularly.. it's begging to be worn as part of a La Femme Shoot!
I've lost some weight now so sadly (bitter sweet!) it no longer fits me, but it is firmily placed in my prop wardrobe now ladies!!

Sarah and Jo have known each other for 7 years. The three of us went out for an afternoon in Lichfield, Staffordshire. We had a fabulously fun afternoon with lots of laughs, giggles, bit of shopping and of course a well deserved glass of wine and a break!

Jenny Marsh was a pleasure to photograph last week. She came to my studio for a social media profile package and we had a ball!
Jenny is a highly qualified coach and a wonderful woman. She has many years of experience in both the corporate HR environment and the education sector. Couple that with her being a Life Member of The Coaching Academy Jenny is well qualified to understand the pressures of her clients. Also a mum of 4 teenage boys, there is nothing this woman can't do! Her warm and easy going nature makes her a great deal of fun to be with too!
